Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Product Information & Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, size, or finish due to manufacturing processes, natural materials, or display settings.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities of, or restock products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required at checkout using approved payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms. If payment has been processed and an order is canceled, resolution will be handled in accordance with our policies.

5. Shipping & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Certain items, including temperature-sensitive products, may ship only on specific days.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. CAE Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers or by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details prior to submission.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Unused, undamaged products in their original packaging may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

• Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
• Personalized, limited-edition, promotional, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact info@caecollection.com with their order number and supporting details. Confirmed damaged or defective items may be replaced or converted to store credit at no additional cost.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

7. Product Use & Care

Products are intended for general consumer use only. All instructions, warnings, and care guidelines provided with products must be followed.

CAE Collection is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to product designs, text, graphics, photography, logos, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of CAE Collection and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. No Medical or Professional Advice

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAE Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products or Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
