The Legacy Behind Our Light

CAE Collection began with a simple belief: mental wellness is not a moment. It is a lifelong practice.

That belief was shaped by three people whose influence continues to guide this studio: Yvonne (Eve), the founder's grandmother; Carol, her mother; and Roderick (Rod), her grandfather.

Yvonne taught the value of self-care, natural remedies, and personal responsibility.

Carol modeled resilience, compassion, and strength.

Rod encouraged reflection, mindfulness, and thoughtful attention.

Together, they shaped an understanding of care that extends beyond moments and into daily life.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker and therapist, the founder witnessed a consistent truth in how people move through stress, change, and emotional overwhelm: sustainable wellbeing is rarely built through intensity. It grows through repetition, environment, and the quiet choices that shape daily life over time.

Over time, that perspective reshaped how care itself was understood.

Not as something separate from life.

But as something embedded within it.

CAE Collection was created from that understanding: a Mental Wellness Studio grounded in lived experience.

Guided by Clarity, Acceptance, and Empowerment, CAE exists to support everyday life as it unfolds—complex, ongoing, and deeply human.

Each element of the studio is crafted with purpose and restraint. Nothing is designed to overwhelm or promise outcomes. Instead, every piece is meant to support awareness, continuity, and a more intentional return to the present moment.

CAE Collection was created for those who value depth over distraction, structure over noise, and long-term practice over immediate resolution.

Quiet strength is not an outcome.

It is a practice.

The Structure Behind the Studio

CAE Collection is organized to support lifelong mental wellness through intentional design and consistent practice. Each element plays a distinct role within the system.

Practices

Intentional, repeatable use of tools over time. Defined by consistency, not perfection.

Acts

Foundational phases of wellness. Anchors, not milestones.

Chapters

Curated moments within each Act. Designed to meet you where you are.

Our Ethical Commitment

CAE Collection provides thoughtfully designed tools to support mental wellness. We do not replace professional care or promise outcomes. Our designs create supportive conditions for personal practice, not diagnosis, treatment, or cures and respect individual autonomy.
