Every item is crafted with care to enhance intentional wellness practices. While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, your experience is designed to remain thoughtful, seamless, and reflective of your personal practice.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, store credit will be offered.
- Personalized, limited-edition, or promotional items are final sale.
- Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@caecollection.com with your order number and photos to arrange a resolution.
- Confirmed damaged or defective items will be replaced or converted to store credit at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.
