How long is delivery time?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, location, and external factors.

Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed when your order has been dispatched.

Certain items, including temperature-sensitive products, may ship only on specific days to support safe transit.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future but is not available at this time.

How much is shipping?

What courier do you use?

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via USPS or UPS, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@caecollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label as soon as possible after delivery.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package is lost, we may assist with submitting a carrier claim where applicable. Resolutions, including replacements or store credit, are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and are not guaranteed.
